    My position has responsibilities to strategic planning and policymaking in the field of offender management and rehabilitation. Duties are related to planning, budgeting and evaluation, and I have an expertise in creating policies and sharing knowledge in policymaking. I have experiences in delivering ministerial and departmental policies fostering changes in the field, and I also have experiences from the field as a prison officer. I have been in the High Potential and Performance System leadership track since 2017, leading my career to accumulate expertise and leadership.

    My political science degree is specialized in politics and government, which are related to political philosophy and political thoughts in theory and Thailand. During this learning journey, I had a chance to explore several sets of knowledge as lens which shapes my thought to understand the world of politics, management and organizations.
